Vancouver owes its position as one of the world’s most livable cities to the significant contributions local businesses and organizations have made to our city. Now in its 121st year, The Vancouver Board of Trade is pleased to induct 100-year-old businesses and organizations into the Business Hall of Fame for their contribution both to the economic and social well-being of Metro Vancouver. The Board will also celebrate the individual contribution of Michael Audain, with a Community Leadership Award for his role as an engaged community leader in the arts and culture sector in British Columbia.

Please join us as we welcome four new organizations into The Board’s Business Hall of Fame.

·         Avalon Dairy (1906)

·         Vancouver Fire and Rescue Services (1886)

·         The Fairmont Empress (1908)

·         University of British Columbia (1908)
